The Order Category includes the following Program Settings.
Return API - Order Return Period
Loyalty provides a purpose-built Program API endpoint to handle the return of items a member purchased previously. The endpoint is intended to be integrated with Point of Sale (POS), E-commerce, Inventory Management and other systems that process purchases and the return of any purchased items. For more information on this endpoint, see Return API.
Optionally, you can use this Program Setting to limit the time period that a Member has to return an order. If this Program Setting is enabled, the platform will validate a return to ensure that it is within this specified time period. If this Program Setting is not enabled, the platform will not impose any limits when processing returns through the Return API.
To enable this Program Setting:

On the Program Settings screen, search for and select the Return API - Order Return Period setting.

In the Value field, enter the time period in days in which a Member can return an order.

Click Save.
